Easter is on the early side this year — March 27th, to be exact! It has always been known for its elaborately bright fashion, hats, and spring dresses. Whether you’re headed to an Easter egg decorating party or hunt, church, or just planning to gorge on a basket full of sweets with others, there are a few Easter Sunday fashion do’s and don’ts you’ll want to watch out for this year:
DO consider a midi dress. Sleek, chic and practical, the midi dress is making a comeback in a big way. They are super classy and work well with the spring weather.
DON’T forget comfortable shoes. Shoes like flats and sandals are comfortable and look great. After all, egg hunting in heels isn’t ideal!
DO go bright. Patterned dresses and blouses, especially those with floral prints are great to break out and wear on Easter Sunday. Not only do they fit in well with the holiday, they’re also perfect for the spring fashion season.
DON’T forget to accessorize – especially if you use colorful accessories like scarves and jewelry.
DO consider wearing comfortable jeans or pants as opposed to a dress. Wearing jeans/pants is a comfortable look to break out on Easter Sunday especially if you are attending a brunch or Easter egg hunt. Color and cropped denim is a Spring staple!
DON’T buy just for one day. Instead, think of outfits you can wear again and again!
